Funds must be turned in before 6pm on April 24th to be counted toward totals for prizes.

 

Saturday 4/25

7:45a - Teams assemble so we can begin promptly at 8am

8a - Kick-Off Announcements, Award Announcements & Walking Begins

8:30a - First Group Game

9:30a - Second Group Game

10:30a - Third Group Game

11:30a - Final Group Game

12p - Walk Finishes Shine-On Raffle Winner is Drawn!

All Day:

  • Beverages Available (Water, Coffee, Tea)
  • Photo Booth - Snap a Team Photo! (All event photos will be available through an app and shared after event)
  • Mobile Scavenger Hunt - complete prompts to win prizes or additional raffle tickets
  • Trivia - answer all questions correctly to win prizes or additional raffle tickets
  • MORE TO BE ANNOUCED...!

 

Other Fun:

  • Costume Contest! Come in your best team themed costumes to enter into our contest. Your chosen team name is your theme. Group costumes entered into the contest will be voted on and top entries will receive tickets toward our grand prize raffle!
  • T-Shirt Design Contest! Submit your designs for “Be A Light” T-Shirts for a chance to see it come to life at next year’s event! Submissions must be entered by April 5th. Voting will take place during the event. Winner will be announced after the event.
  • Night Light Wall! During our event you can share a name, a word, a quote or a message that brings “light” to your life or was a guiding light during a time of darkness! These “lights” will be hung on the windows to keep us shining all morning long.
