This year as a member of the Beat Bama Food Drive I am honored to invite you to participate in the drive and help us end food insecurity! There is so much you have to offer to our Auburn neighbors and the people of Alabama, who suffer from food insecurity! By donating to my fundraising page, something as small as $1 can provide 7 meals for someone that is food insecure. I chose to become a member of BBFD because I have never doubted that I could have a meal if I wanted one, and I believe that everyone in the Auburn community should feel the same way! As a current or previous college student we all know what it's like be low on funds, but we also know the importance of nutrition in order to fuel our minds. We are choosing to give back to ensure the security of "a sound mind, a sound body" through "a spirit that is not afraid"! All proceeds and food donations go to the Food Bank of East Alabama, which serves over 70,000 people in the Lee County area alone.
