Hello Everyone!

My name is Katelyn Simpkins and I have the honor of serving as the 2017-2018 Vice President of Campus Involvement for Beat Bama Food Drive (BBFD). Beat Bama Food Drive is an annual competition between Auburn University and the University of Alabama. All of the donations collected will be given to each university's local food bank. As a member of BBFD I have made it my goal to raise, if not exceed, $500 dollars. With $1 the FBEA can provide 7 meals to food insecure members of the East Alabama community.

I’m participating in this year’s Beat Bama Food Drive to raise money for the Food Bank of East Alabama. This organization is really important to me, and I’m working hard to support the 66,000 people in my area living in food insecurity. If you can think of others who might be interested in making a donation, please forward this email to them or share it on social media!  Beat Bama Food Drive is a great organization and you’d be helping them (and me!) by spreading the word.
