The mission of the Beat Bama Food Drive is to act on our belief in the basic human rights of adequate nutrition, by providing ongoing support to the Food Bank of East Alabama through raising awareness, educating a unified Auburn community, creating fundraising opportunities and collecting donations to actively fight food insecurity in East Alabama. 

This week Beat Bama Food Drive (BBFD) is going to BREAK THE BANK! Our goal is to collect 25,000 pounds of food in 5 days for the Food Bank of East Alabama (FBEA). As a member of BBFD I have made it my goal to raise $25 every day this week. With $1 the FBEA can provide 7 meals to food insecure members of the East Alabama community. If by the end of the week I reach my daily goal I will have collected enough donations to provide 875 meals!
