This tapestry (kilim) is designed by Oksana Levchenya (Konstantinovska), produced by OLK manufactory in Kyiv; hand-waved on a vertical loom according to authentic technology. It is made of natural wool yarn on a hemp base.
Geometry forms and rhythm of the pattern bring us to Ukrainian modernism and suprematism. Hundreds of warp threads are stretched on a vertical loom and yarn is intertwined with warp thread by hands, creating a real treasure that can entice the most demanding connoisseurs and serves for many years, passed on from generation to generation.
Material: dyed wool, hemp base
Technique: hand-waving
Size: 68.5'' x 107'' (174 cm x 272 cm)
