The Bloomington Lions Club was founded 70 years ago with a simple mission, "WE SERVE".
The Bloomington Lions Club has been serving Bridging and the city of Bloomington in a variety of ways and the ties between the organizations go way back to the beginning. Fran Heitzman (founder of Bridging) was the last surviving charter member of the Bloomington Lions Club. Now, the club is over 70 members strong and is still driven by the mission "WE SERVE".
