I experienced, firsthand, the positive impact of Bridging.  As a volunteer shopper, I assisted families with selecting donated furnishings for their new and safe homes.  Many of these families had not had a safe place to sleep for months, sometimes years.  Week after week, I would meet families with varying backgrounds and stories.  The one common thread was gratitude.  These families were grateful at the chance to start over and to be able to do so with dignity.  I have seen the mission of Bridging in action, and it is powerful. - Aimee
