2024 7th Annual Be the Change Gala

Join us in Celebrating 7th Gala!

We are looking forward to being together to raise awareness and support for the families and individuals we serve here in Stark County. Compassion Delivered was formed to provide high-quality meals for free to people coping with life-threatening or terminal diseases. We want to give time and rest to those we serve.

The goal of our Be the Change Gala is to reflect on the families and individuals we have served over the last 8 1/2 years but to also prepare for those we have yet to meet that will need our services. We strive to help more people in our community, and we can't do that without you.

To date, we have supported over 500 people and have made over 50,000 meals for free to those who need our program. Join us on Friday, October 11, 2024, at Brookside Country Club in Canton from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm. *Celebrate with us on the patio after the gala.

$150 per person or $1,100 for a table of 8. 

Founders Table $250 per person, limited seating.

WHEN: Friday, October 11, 2024, from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm

Order of the Night:

  • 6:00 PM Registration begins. Cocktail hour.  
  • 7:00 PM Plated dinner is served
  • 8:00 PM Program begins
  • 8:45 PM Live Auction begins
  • 9:00 PM Silent Auction ends
  • 10:00 PM Check out
  • 10 PM to 11 PM Celebration 

Here are some different ways you can support Compassion Delivered during the Be the Change Gala.

  • Silent Auction, bid on one-of-a-kind items from your smartphone! Bidding is easy, on the Givi App. (Android or Apple devises). This silent auction ends at 9:00 PM. Visit the check-out table to pick up any winning items and pay. Cash, check, and a credit card will be accepted.
  • Live Auction, during the live event, bidding will happen in-person using your bid number on the back of your program. Once you've won, please check out and we can process your donation through the Givi App, Cash, check and credit card will be accepted. 
  • Fund-A-Need, during the live auction we will have different areas for you to donate to, such as a week of meals, monthly meal support, general oppoerations etc. Once you've committed to the fund you want to support please come to check-out and provide cash, check or credit card for your fund.
  • Wine Pull, pull a cork for $20 and you will get the bottle of wine that matches the number on your cork. All the wines are valued at $20 or higher. Variety of Reds and Whites.  
  • Gift Card Tree, for $25 pick a number off the tree and recieve a gift card valued at $25 or more. Gift cards will vary from resturants, coffee shops, home improvement and more. 
  • Heads or Tails Game, purchase max two strands of beads for $25 per to participate in the heads or tails game after the live auction. If you are the last person standing you will win $500! 
  • Bourbon Raffle, purchase a raffle ticket for $25 to be entered in to win an incredible collection of bourbons. You may enter in as much as you want. 
  • 50/50 purchase your raffle tickets through out the evening to enter in to the 50/50 drawing. The winning ticket will be pulled at the end of the night. Must be present to win.
