We are excited to come together to participate in Par-TEA on the Green with BiG: 2025 Golf Benefit, a fundraiser supporting Team Caroline R aka Hollywood and the BiG organization as a whole.  The funds raised will directly impact Caroline's daily experiences and those of her fellow Citizens. Caroline is a relatively new Citizen at BiG since January 2025!    Making this commitment to BiG required us moving from Dallas to Georgetown in order to provide Caroline this incredible opportunity.  The effort and life change has been well worth it already.   As a family, we couldn't be any more excited for her to join this special BiG community!  It has already been tremendously impactful for Caroline to utilize the skills she learned in high school and during her years at My Possibilities through her employment at BiG.  She particularly enjoys using her cooking skills to join other Citizens in the kitchen, baking pies, focacia bread, scones and other scrumptuous treats that are sold in the BiG Shop and served in the BiG Cafe.  She also loves making BiG dog treats (which Ellie loves!) and are sold in the BiG Shop as well as in all 18 of the Tomlinson's Feed stores throughout the Austin area.   

For those of you joining us in our efforts who haven't had the opportunity to meet Caroline, we would love to introduce you!  Her infectious smile and happy demeaner bring joy to everyone at BiG. Always dressed in bright colors and often wearing sunglasses, she lights up any room she enters. When not at work, Caroline enjoys helping in the kitchen, watching videos, practicing her putting skills, and walking her dog; a Golden Doodle named Ellie. You'll often find her with her one or the other of favorite drinks in hand - a Diet Dr. Pepper or a Mocha Frappachino! Her cheerful spirit and constant laughter make every day at BiG a little bit brighter.

Each year, BiG Citizens are tasked with a goal to raise money to support their vocational program! This helps to keep the costs for tuition low and still maintain stellar enterprises and staffing. Our collective passion for Caroline and her work at BiG drives us, and we need your support to make a difference! Every donation—big or small—helps us reach our fundraising goal and directly impacts our amazing Citizens.
