Timing
Because these items are custom made to order, there will be a delay between ordering and item pick-up. In order to ensure that all items are available in time for the Bike-A-Thon, we closed the Store for all orders on July 11th 2023.
While there will be some items available for purchase on Bike-A-Thon day after riders have returned, there is no guarantee your preferred item or size will be available for you.
Order Pick-Up Options
There are three options for Pick-Up for people who ordered items ahead. For your reference, they are as follows:
1. At our Early Packet Pick-Up on September 8th between 5:30pm and 7:30pm, the Friday before the Bike-A-Thon. This is the option we reccommend! This is also a great way to beat the crowd on the morning of the Bike-A-Thon by checking in ahead of time: riders confirm that they have met their fundraising minimum and pick up their Bike-A-Thon T-shirts, rider bib, and goodie bag. Last year's event was at our neighbor Sam Adam's brewery, and we are planning to work with them again this year! They are also located in the Brewery Complex, and their address is 30 Germania St Jamaica Plain, MA 02130.
2. At the Bike Shop on Saturday September 9th, the day before the Bike-A-Thon during shop hours: 10am to 5pm. We are located at 284 Amory St in Jamaica Plain, MA 02130.
3. At the Bike-A-Thon! We will have merchandise ready for you on site after your ride is finished at Stony Brook field in Jamaica Plain. Go to the Bikes Not Bombs Shop tent after you have finsihed your ride.
