As part of my Bar Mitzvah project, I’m raising money for the Bikes Not Bombs Bike-A-Thon. Bikes Not Bombs is a non-profit charity that believes in using bikes to create social change and has been running for over 40 years. They collect used bikes and give them to people in need, in Boston, the Global South, and in developing countries around the world. These bikes help get people to school, work, and support their families. The charity also teaches people how to fix and maintain bikes, which creates jobs and skills for those who want to learn. Even though the Bike-A-Thon has passed, my donation page is still open and I’m hoping to raise additional money,
