Ovia Health is a digital health platform dedicated to supporting a happy, healthy family for everyone by helping people track their fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, and more using our smartphone apps. We are a Boston-based company and feel passionate about giving back to our community. Social determinants of health strongly influence health outcomes, including maternal and infant health outcomes. We want to support Bikes Not Bombs because their mission of using the bicycle as a vehicle for social change intersects with our mission of achieving birth equity. Increasing equitable access to biking uplifts BIPOC and marginalized communities, who are disproportionately affected by maternal health conditions due to inequitable access to respectful maternity care and preventative healthcare. Reproductive justice is intersectional and we are proud to support Bikes Not Bombs' mission to achieve economic mobility and joy through BIPOC leadership and service.
