Why I'm Fundraising
I'm teaming up with some of my amazing co-workers to raise money for Bikes Not Bombs for their (Virtual) Bike-A-Thon! BNB is an organization that uses bicycles as a vehicle for social change. In addition to running a bike shop, they reclaim thousands of bicycles every year for sale and donation, provide programs in Boston and globally to provide skill development, jobs, and sustainable transportation, and mentor youth and young adults to be leaders in their communities to advocate for social change.
