We are passionate about birds and everything they need to thrive. Among the four of us, we've led numerous bird walks and trips, conducted surveys, advised community members on improving habitat for birds, taught wildlife education, and advocated for legislation supporting birds at the local, state, and national levels. That's why we support the Northern Virginia Bird Alliance through Birdathon.

Your Birdathon donation helps NVBA support outdoor education, citizen science, habitat conservation, and programs encouraging people to plant native plants and protect wildlife. Birdathon also helps ornithologists better understand spring migration by reporting sightings through eBird, an online database of bird observations run by the Cornell Lab of Ornithology.
