Wade & Craig are fundraising in honor of Haylee's battle!

Funds raised will be used to support families currently fighting pediatric cancer in Nebraska

I remember sitting in the hospital room days after Haylee’s diagnosis when the social worker came in to talk to us. When they explained that Angels Among Us was going to provide us financial support for the duration of Haylee’s treatment, I felt a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. I knew I was not going to be back to work any time soon but I also knew the bills wouldn’t stop coming in and I needed to focus on Haylee and getting her better. It was eight months before I finally was able to return to work and I still had to take a lot of time off with doctor visits, chemotherapy, etc. 

Angels Among Us has gone beyond the financial support they provided us during Haylee’s treatment.  They have provided a sense of community as we navigate our new ‘normal’.  They have connected us with other families going through similar journeys and they have made our journey feel less lonely, checking in on us and making sure we are doing okay.  We cannot thank them enough for their support, both financially and emotionally!
