When we got the HLHS diagnosis midway through our pregnancy, our world changed. Then our Camille Rosemary Kay was born so strong and beautitul on December 15, 2022. Our world changed again and we began to have hope. Camille was the only person we had ever known with a heart defect. She opened our eyes, she made us live more intentionally, she gave us such purpose in being medical parents. After 21 amazing months with our incredible daughter we will never be the same. We are raising money so Camille's heart friends will get the chance to stay earthside even one more day. She taught us to cherish each moment, we will carry that with us always. We are so proud to be Camille Smith's parents.
