All sales are final. Please pay special attention to all conditions, restrictions, and expiration dates on all items and services. No exchanges or refunds will be made.
Payment must be made in full at the end of the evening. Cash, check, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa are accepted.
Reservations for all trips, hotels, parties, and similar events must be mutually arranged with the donor unless otherwise specified.
Restaurant certificates do not include liquor, tax, or gratuities, unless otherwise indicated.
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Utah reserves the right to withdraw any item from sale prior to the call for bid and assumes no responsibility for any item purchased and either resold or re-donated to another event.
Big Brothers Big Sisters is not responsible for any unredeemable gift cards, merchandise, or services due to the closure of businesses during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Utah has endeavored to catalog and describe the property correctly, but all property is sold “as is.” No statements contained in the catalog or made verbally at the end of the sale or elsewhere shall be deemed a warranty, representation, or assumption of liability.
All Items will be available for pickup night of the event at the Salt Palace for those in attendance. For those not in attendance, items may be picked up at the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Utah state office the week following the event (November 15-19) between 10am and 4pm. Any packages not picked up after November 20th, 2020 will be mailed at the cost of the bidder.
