I'm biking 400 miles from Boston to Montreal again, in support of the Boston Cyclists Union's work to make biking better in and around Boston. And, I am asking you to help me reach my fundraising goal.
Given what is happening in DC, (see link above), the work of the BCU and their partners is more urgently than ever.
I know why I am doing this ride again and in fact, I am on the organizing team for the second year. But why should YOU care? Well...
Your investment will have an impact. The Boston Cyclists Union (BCU) is a nimble, progressive 501(C)3 not-for-profit organization--in a period of significant transition and development, a vulnerable time for any non-profit, a time when they really need continued support.
I know that you value any and all efforts to make our planet safer, cleaner, more just, and more loving. The BCU's efforts toward mobility justice and more bikeable streets is part of their deep commitment to helping Boston become a more just and equitable city, a place where ALL people can thrive and together, we can all live our best collective self.
