I'm riding to Canada to raise money to support people on bikes throughout the Boston metro! Your donation supports Boston Cyclists Union efforts including organizing for better bike infrastructure and safer streets, advocacy for sustainable transportation, free bike repair in low-income neighborhoods, and efforts aimed at climate and transportation justice.
Why I'm Riding
All too often, cycling is regarded as a hobby or as transportation of last resort. That couldn't be further from the truth: bikes are one of the fastest, most convenient, healthiest, most enjoyable ways to get around Boston.
I want to make that opportunity, that option, that joy, available to everyone. And that's why I'm asking for your help: the work of the BCU makes it easier for anyone in the Boston region to hop onto a bike and run over to the market, or drop their kids off at school, or just get outdoors on a sunny afternoon.
