Hello!

This summer I'll be undertaking a bike ride from Boston to Montreal - 400 miles of biking and camping! I'm doing this ride with the Boston Cyclists Union, an amazing organization that's helping make Boston's roads safer and more equitable for all. They advocate for policy that will improve the streets and make Boston more sustainable, like promoting e-bikes and raising the city's bike budget, and campaign for safer bike lanes on busy streets throughout Boston. They also hold free bike repairs at various farmer's markets, which I've definitely benefited from.

Talking to my parent's and other folks who used to live in Boston, the city has improved drastically in the last couple decades in terms of bike safety, and BCU has been at the center of a lot of that improvement. I really appreciate their efforts since I spend so much time biking around Boston, plus commuting to work year-round.

I'm really happy to be supporting this organization with this ride, and I hope you can help me reach my fundraising goal! 80% of these donations go directly to the BCU, the other 20% is to support the ride itself. I've been doing training rides with this group for the past few months, and am so stoked to bike with everyone! I really appreciate anything you can contribute to making this ride a reality :)
