I would like to thank you for taking the time to learn about my fundraiser: On May 27th, I'll be participating in an annual group bike ride called BosTreal. This event will be a 319 mile trip from Boston to Montreal Canada, and I am preparing rigorously to make this dream come true! My personal fundraising goal is to raise $1,900 by May 27th. Reaching this fundraising goal will allow me to participate in this group event with the Boston Cyclist Union. All proceeds go towards continuing the BCU's advocation efforts for safer roads in Boston, as well as help fund other programs to educate the community on bike safety and maintenance. It’s hard to put into words just how much biking means to my life. In May of 2020, I bought my very first road bike to devote more time to being outdoors. I'm looking to continue my love for biking and traveling by going on this once in a lifetime trip up north to Canada Just as important though, I want to raise awareness for road safety in the city of Boston.
