Many of you know that I volunteer for Tony LaRussa's Animal Rescue Foundation (ARF) but ARF is not my first volunteer experience.  I originally started volunteering for Junior Achievement through Clorox Co (where I work) on their high school night program where I and 4 of my Clorox co-workers would meet with Tech High Oakland students at the Clorox building in Oakland and we'd start a mini-Company, select officers, vote on a item to produce and sell to people to raise money for our mini company.  It was not only fun but taught the students how companies function, team management and how to sell an item to someone.  I do not believe this night program is used any more but Junior Achievement still exists and teaches the same principals but within the schools.

I am participating with my Clorox sales co-workers for the Junior Achievement Clorox Company Bowl-A-Thon.  My team name is Snakes on a Lane.  Would welcome anyone that would like to sponsor me or my team.
