Junior Acheivement is a great program that reaches out to the youth in our community and teaches them about the basics of money and business enterprenuership. My team had the pleasure of volunteering at an elementry school last year.  The program provided materials that engaged the children in games and other activities that made learning fun. We were able to share with them the basic concepts of earning, spending and saving their money.The older children were able to roleplay as the owner of their own hotdog stand and learn simple business concepts. This program reaches children of all ages.  Getting an early understanding of money and finances can make a huge impact on a young persons life.  Teaching them the basics of business ownership can open doors to new possibilities for them as they become adults. We truely believe in Junior Acheivement and  hope you will help us in our efforts to raise money so this program can continue.
