NIGHT OF 100 STARS
20 Years of Dreams. One Unforgettable Night.

Join us at New York City’s iconic Plaza Hotel for Night of 100 Stars, a spectacular celebration of the 20th Anniversary of Broadway Dreams.

On Monday, December 14, 2026, Broadway’s brightest stars will share the stage with the extraordinary young artists of Broadway Dreams for an unforgettable evening of music, celebration, and show-stopping performances.

This year, Broadway Dreams is proud to honor award-winning actres and singer Lea Michele and Artios Award-winning casting director Rachel Hoffman, two remarkable women who embody the organization’s mission and the power of opportunity, mentorship, and artistic excellence.

Michele began her professional career as a child, making her Broadway debut at just eight years old in Les Misérablesbefore going on to an acclaimed career spanning Broadway, television, music, and concert stages around the world. Rachel Hoffman, a leading casting director at The Telsey Office, was among Broadway Dreams’ first teaching artists 20 years ago, helping establish the mentorship model that remains at the heart of the organization today.

Twenty years of dreams. Broadway’s brightest stars. One spectacular night.
