Hi there! My name is Josie Baughman, and I am a children's dance instructor for Rejoice School of Ballet. Each year, I teach over 100 students, and I wouldn't have it any other way. I'm a lifelong dancer, and it is such a privilege to get to share my life's passion with our kids. What I love most about Rejoice is our commitment to accessibility. Dance is an expensive pursuit. Rejoice strikes down the financial barriers to ballet. We provide each student with a new set of leotards, tights, and shoes at the start of each season at no cost to families. We provide costumes at no cost to families. We provide need-based scholarships to families experiencing hardship. We offer sliding scale tuition so that families of different backgrounds can afford classes. All so that any child who wants to dance can have the opportunity. Help us reach our goal so that we can continue to offer quality dance education to our community!
