Buckles and Bling is Halleck Creek Ranch's signature annual fundraising celebration, bringing together supporters from across the Bay Area for an unforgettable evening of community, generosity, and inspiration. For nearly five decades, Halleck Creek Ranch has helped people of all abilities discover confidence, connection, and possibility through adaptive riding and equine-assisted services, breaking barriers and creating opportunities for children and adults with disabilities to thrive.

Meet Our 2026 Silver Buckles Honoree
Honoring Tuli Dowers
Champion Horsewoman and National Reined Cow Horse Association Competitor
This year, we are honored to present the Silver Buckle Award to Tuli Dowers, an accomplished equestrian whose talent, determination, and passion have inspired riders across the western performance horse industry. Born with a limb difference, Tuli has achieved remarkable success in the demanding sport of reined cow horse competition, earning championship titles and widespread recognition for her exceptional horsemanship and competitive excellence. Through her achievements, she has challenged assumptions about what is possible and demonstrated the power of perseverance, partnership, and self-belief. Her story reflects the values at the heart of Halleck Creek Ranch and serves as an inspiration to individuals of all abilities to pursue their passions, embrace their strengths, and live without barriers.

This highly anticipated event sells out every year. Sponsorship packages, which include early ticket access and exclusive benefits, are available through August 21, 2026. Individual tickets will be released approximately one week later, pending availability. Can't attend in person? Our online auction offers supporters everywhere the opportunity to bid on incredible experiences and items while helping transform lives from wherever they are.
