In May of 2011 I was told my coming baby boy would be born with Down syndrome. Organizations like the Down Syndrome Center of Puget Sound (DSC) supported our family with information, contacts, community, and services as we entered a whole new world. They helped us navigate the uncertanty and find our welcome place in the community.

Levi, and his older brother, Jayden have become the joy of our lives. Organizations like the DSC of Puget Sound support us, and families like ours, so we can focus on that joy, but also have what we need whenever challenges arise.  Please help me reach my fundraising goal by contributing to DSC.  

The DSC's mission is to provide impactful programs and resources for individuals with Down syndrome and their families while evolving perceptions in the broader community.   Funds raised at the Puget Sound Buddy Walk® allow them to continue to offer their many programs, events, and initiatives, and to add more to meet the needs of their members.
