We have been fortunate to meet people in the Down Syndrome community all over the country as a result of our many moves. We have participated in Buddy Walks in Virginia Beach, Washington DC, Florida, and Seattle. In each of these locations, the Down Syndrome community has happily welcomed us and helped us along the way with valuable information and much needed support.

Over these years, despite our moves, we kept our Buddy Walk team name the same. We have been privelaged to have many different friends and family join us at Buddy Walks througout the years, either in person or in spirit. We love you all, thank you so much.

The Buddy Walk is one of the main sources of fundraising for the Down Syndrome Center of Puget Sound (DSC). The DSC's mission is to provide impactful programs and resources for individuals with Down syndrome and their families while evolving perceptions in the broader community. Funds raised at the Puget Sound Buddy Walk® allow them to continue to offer their many programs, events, and initiatives, and to add more to meet the needs of their members.
