Tuesdays, 9-11 am, from June 16th to August 4th.
This is an 8-week class designed for any adult that has already completed "Making Sense of Your Worth."
In Building Freedom Within we will continue to replace lies with truth while exploring aspects of healthy relationships and the role our environments play in our shaping our view of self and others. Our focus will be on rebuilding a healthy relationship with ourselves so we can better engage in healthy relationships with others.
Those participating in the program show a clinically significant improvement in self-worth at the completion of the program.
