How do I bid?

Step 1: Scan the QR Code or looks for the Givi App in the Apple or Google Play Store.

Step 2: Download Givi app to your phone from the Apple or Google Play store. Look for the purple icon! (Instructions here). 

Step 3: Sign up on the Givi app using your ticket code that you received in your e-mail from Qgiv (Subject line:"Your Ticket Invite for Split Rock Sonoma") & adding your payment information. 

Step 4: Start bidding when the auction goes live! You will be notified if you have won an auction item.

Can I have some help using Givi?

How do I invite, add, or edit guests?

Most tickets allow you to include guests.  Look for an email from Qgiv with the subject line "Manage Your Split Rock Sonoma Tickets". If you need more information, we are providing two links below on this process.

A friend invited me to the auction as a guest. How do I register?

You should look out for an email from Qgiv with the subject "Your Ticket Invite for Split Rock Sonoma."

Can I bid without my the Givi app?

Yes you can! To bid on the web, click on the "Enter a Ticket Code or Register" button on the top right of the screen. From there, enter your ticket code or login using your username and password (if you have claimed your ticket). Click here for a video on how to do this!
