It seems these days that everyone has been affected by this awful disease in one way or another. Within the last 2 years alone, I have lost a great family friend and have seen two other diagnoses among friends. In years past I have lost my grandmother, as well as many other extended family members to liver, breast, and colon cancer.
I am very excited to help raise funds for this event and hopefully soften the financial burden that patients undergoing cancer treatment are facing.
