On Sunday, March 1, 2026 many people will be participating in Polar Plunge® Chicago for Special Olympics Illinois presented by Special Children's Charities, one of the city's most popular winter fundraising events! While I will not be jumping into Lake Michigan's chilly waters this year, I am excited to support thousands of individuals with intellectual disabilities by rallying to raise funds for this amazing cause. With your support, people with intellectual disabilities have the opportunity to discover new strengths, abilities, and accomplishments.
