Hello all! Thank you for visiting our fundraising page, reading the stories of my furbabies, and most of all supporting the animals who come through Cascades Humane Society with this awesome Calandar fundraiser! ?

Duke: Duke is a 4.5 year old Fox Terrier Mix, and is a CHS alumni! I adopted him when he was only 12 weeks old. He is a very special little dog, and is certainly aware of how loved he is. He is the smartest dog I know, and has the most amazing personality that you won’t forget. He undoubtedly rescued ME, he’s been through everything with me and I couldn’t imagine this life without him. Cliché, but I’m so lucky he’s all mine. He’s one of a kind. 
Milo: I found Milo when he was anywhere from 6-9 months old. He was a stray, "pitbull mix", wandering the streets of Jackson. He was scared of life and all men, and very malnourished, so I knew where ever he came from wasn’t a very good place. I still made the effort to post Found Dog articles online, but wasn’t surprised when no one came looking for him. I couldn't necessarily say Milo was an easy welcome into our family… I tried to crate train him, and little Houdini escaped out of all 3 crates like a wild animal, and did quite a bit of damage. After frequent visits to see our vet, we figured out he has severe anxiety. Through it all, I loved him endlessly. I knew someone already gave up on him once, and he deserved better. I couldn’t give up on him. He has been with me for over 2 years now, and I own a different dog now than I did when I first found him. Milo is a poster child for the expression, “Don’t Give Up on Rescue Dogs!!!” It takes time, patience, consistency, and lots and lots of love. He's my 2.5 year old son's dog through and through, I couldn't have asked for a better companion for him. ♥️?
