At the CalvertHealth Foundation, we are excited to announce the return of our popular signature event, the CalvertHealth Foundation Gala! On Saturday, November 15, 2025, Miracles in Motion: An Evening for the Family Birth Center, will be held at the newly constructed Rod ‘N’ Reel Resort in Chesapeake Beach, Maryland. As we gather along the picturesque backdrop of the Chesapeake Bay, the return of the gala not only brings a chance for the community to impact patient care at our community hospital, but it also brings us pride in returning this important event to Calvert County.

Proceeds from this year’s gala will support this important project for our community hospital. As part of a more comprehensive Women’s Health strategy, the Family Birth Center will be a place that represents our commitment to quality women’s health care and our dedication to ensuring our babies receive the best in all aspects of their care. Featuring newly appointed private rooms, enhanced security features, new equipment and technology, spa-like amenities, and much more, the new center will be an opportunity to create the best birth experience for young families who turn to CalvertHealth at this important time in their lives.
