Alysha was passionate about animals of all kinds, from dogs to hermit crabs. After her stroke, Alysha always talked about the companionship of a service dog to help her navigate her rehabilitation, but barriers made it difficult for her to achieve. Alysha was not alone in this struggle.
Canine Companions provides trained service dogs and follow up support to people with disabilities and mental health challenges at no cost to them. Your donation could help somebody like Alysha feel that companionship.
