Carl Hall Challenge 2025

Honoring Carl Hall: Strength, Leadership, and Lasting Impact

Some people build businesses.
Some build traditions.
Carl Hall built community.

The Carl Hall Challenge is a living tribute to a man whose life was defined not by Parkinson’s, but by perseverance, leadership, and heart.

A devoted husband, father, grandfather, and respected community leader, Carl believed deeply in bringing people together. Whether through his work shaping the places where families gathered, serving as King of the Krewe of Neptune, or helping found the InteKrewe Council, Carl’s legacy was rooted in connection and civic spirit.

When diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease, Carl did what he had always done — he showed up with strength. For 14 years, he met each day with resilience, humor, determination, and an unwavering belief that community makes everything possible.

That belief lives on in this Challenge.

On April 11, individuals living with Parkinson’s and their families will come together in Pinellas County to take on 10 challenge stations designed to test strength, coordination, endurance, and grit. Teams will earn points. Friendly competition will spark pride and laughter. But the true victory will be something deeper — proving that this community is stronger together.

And that begins now.

Teams are forming today.

This is your moment to gather your friends, start a team, and rise to the challenge in Carl’s honor. Invite fellow participants to join you. Rally your family and supporters to cheer you on. Build your team, build momentum, and be part of something bigger than a single day.

Carl believed in showing up for his community.
Now it’s our turn to show up for one another.

On April 11, we compete.
We celebrate.
We stand together.

But first — we build our teams.
