What to Expect

Get ready for a fun-filled evening with a purpose! The night kicks off with a lively cocktail hour, photo ops, and a chance to browse our silent auction. At 6:00pm dinner will be provided by 202 BBQ.

At 6:30 PM, we’ll gather to hear about the impact of Life Houses Inc. and the young people we serve. We also have a very exciting announcement! Bid on incredible items during our live auction before the dance floor opens up for a night of great food, entertainment, and live music!

Why We Gather

The Cowboy Ball is Life Houses Inc.’s largest annual fundraiser, supporting our mission and vision. Every ticket, every bid, and every sponsorship helps create a brighter future for those we serve.

Attire
Time to dust off your boots and your best country-western attire. Dancing is highly encouraged!

Parking
Entry will be on the western side of the Exhibit Hall through the Entry hall. Make sure to arrive early to get a good spot on the western side of the building.

If you purchased multiple tickets:
  • You will receive an email with the subject "Manage Your Cowboy Ball 2026 Tickets" from noreply@qgiv.com
  • Follow the "View and Manage Tickets" button in this email to take you back to the registration confirmation page
  • Scroll down on the registration confirmation page to find the link to "Manage Your Tickets"
  • On the "Manage Your Tickets" page, you can enter your guests' emails and click "Send Ticket" to send each person their ticket.
  • Each ticket holder (including yourself) will receive an email with the subject "Your Cowboy Ball 2026 Tickets" from noreply@qgiv.com

Check-in

  • Once you arrive, you will see signs pointing you to the check-in tables where we will ask you for your name. We will provide you with your bidding number as you check-in.
