Participation in the Trautman Real Estate Agency's Golden Getaway (the "Raffle) is limited to individuals who are eighteen years of age or older at the time of entry. Tickets may only be purchased from within the state of Illinois. The following individuals are ineligible to participate or win: Champaign County Humane Society staff and their staff guest to the Fur Ball (the "Event"), and all employees of Trautman Real Estate Agency & Appraisal. A maximum of one 100 raffle tickets will be made available for purchase. Ticket sales will conclude at 7:00 PM Central Time on Friday, November 7, during the "Event", or upon the sale of all available tickets, whichever occurs first. The winning ticket will be drawn during the live auction at the "Event". You need not be present to win. In the event that the drawn ticket belongs to an ineligible participant, the individual shall forfeit their claim to the prize, and an alternate winner shall be selected. The “Golden Getaway Package,” (the "Prize") has a fair market value of $4,000. For the winner, only the portion of their total raffle ticket purchases which exceeds the fair market value of the "Prize" may be considered tax-deductible. For all non-winning entrants, the fair market value of the ticket is $0, and the full ticket price may be considered tax-deductible. Entrants are advised to consult with a tax professional regarding deductibility. Please keep your electronic receipt(s) as a record of your transaction. Winners will claim the "Prize" with Trautman Real Estate Agency. Travel is subject to availability and blackout dates of January-April.
