Saturday, February 8 from 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM at Carmel Country Club (4735 Carmel Road, Charlotte, 28226)

Is there a program?  Yes, our program will begin at 8:30PM and include a prayer given by Bishop Michael Martin, the Golden Raffle drawing, a short video and a paddle raise to support the Teacher Impact Fund.  Dessert and coffee will be served at 9PM and then a light snack at 10PM.

The Doors open at 7:00 PM and food and beverages will be served immediately. 

Do I need a physical admission ticket?

No! We have your reservation and will have a check-in list at the door.

What is included in the ticket price?

  • Dinner and drinks (2 drink tickets per person for beer and wine are included)
  • Music and Dancing to The Kingdaddy Band

What are drink tickets?

  • Drink tickets are required at each of the bars.  Each guest will receive two (2) tickets for beer or wine.  If you would like additional beverages or prefer something from a full bar, you may purchase tickets at the cashiers by the bars. 
  • Please note cash and Carmel Country Club or reciprocal club charges may only be used at the cashiers for the additional drink tickets, no credit cards will be accepted.
  • Additional Drink tickets will cost:
    • Beer and Wine $10.00
    • Liquor Drink $15.00

Is it a sit down dinnerShould I go out to dinner first? 

No and no! While this is not a sit-down dinner, there is reserved seating for our sponsors and VIPs.  Plenty of tables and chairs and a variety of fabulous food items will be available!

Dinner will be available until about 8:30 PM when the program begins.

What should I wear? Cocktail attire is appropriate.

This year all auction items are online now.  Bidding will continue until 9pm on Monday, February 10.
