The Capital District YMCA offers a unique program for teens in junior high and high school.

Our Black & Latino Achievers Program helps cultivate character, build important life-long skills,and empower teens to graduate high school while building pathways toward their respective careers.

Members of the Achievers Program are provided with the opportunity to set exciting career and education goals, and get the help they need to achieve those goals.

Every donation made goes toward giving our Achievers a brighter future!
