The Foundation for the Children of the Californias is a U.S.-based nonprofit organization whose mission is to enhance the health and nutrition of underserved children in the San Diego–Tijuana Border Mega Region, primarily through the support of Hospital Infantil de las Californias.

Through this unique cross-border partnership, children receive access to high-quality, compassionate pediatric specialty care, regardless of nationality, income level, or ability to pay. From life-saving diagnostics and surgeries to preventative care and nutrition programs,
the Foundation helps ensure that every child has a clear path to healing.
