Hello! We will be going by the name Ottoman + Armchair during the duration of this charity in the spirit of CHAIRity! We have a great crew of designers from Studio O+A and Ohio Design who are co-designing and manufacturing our final product. We can't wait to see what we come up with!
Help Us Help Others
This charity event is always amazing to be apart of, but this year it feels extra special. We are partnering with an amazing team at Ohio Design and are hard at work defining what our object will be this year. We will be generating money from the auction in November on what we design, but before then we are looking for donations to help support all the charities that will benefit from Chairity. In order to reach our collective goal of $150,000, each team needs to raise money individually and we have set ourselves a goal of $2,000 with hopes of going way over. We have been extremely inspired by Project Color Corp, Black Organizing Project, Inneract Project,Hamilton Families, American Red Cross Wildfire Relief Fund, and Family Dog Rescue are so very excited to raise money for such great causes.
With the initial shop drawing created that includes the overall dimensions of our target product, we are ready to figure out the details and materiality and color!
After discussing our designs with Ohio, we decided that the best way to raise the most money for a good cause is to go big or go home. We are currently working on a design for a kids desk that can grow with them. How in the world do we plan to do that, you ask? Just wait and we will all find out!
