We are working together to bring to life a piece of furniture that supports the different postures of learning.
Our WHY!
Now more than ever, students need empowerment and support to facilitate education, which they deserve. Working towards the goals of the Inneract Project, we aim to create a furniture piece that empowers young designers to adapt their space to their needs no matter how close or far apart they are from their classroom or their peers.
Building on the synthesis from workshop 1, we started to hone in on some specific ideas. And trying to find ways to tie back to students and learning (together and apart).
Building on the synthesis from workshop 2, our object really started to take shape. This is where we refined our idea around the phrase "postures of learning". And could our object be as fun to build as it is to use? We also liked the idea of emphasizing the connections between the different elements that would come together to create the object. Showcase the beauty in how it fits together.
