How Do I Receive My Ticket(s)?

Once you've registered, you will be sent an email with the subject line "Your Champions Game Night Ticket" that has your ticket’s QR code and a link to print a paper copy of your ticket if you prefer.  This email will also have links to

  1. Set Up Bidding
    and
  2.  Manage Tickets - to send tickets to your guests.

You will be sent a hard copy receipt in the mail to be used for tax purposes.

How Do I Manage My Ticket(s)?

If you purchased multiple tickets, you can send the tickets to your guest(s).

  1. Open the email from Treasure House Phoenix with the subject line "Your Champions Game Night Ticket".  It may be in your spam/junk email.
  2. Click the “Manage Your Tickets” link.
  3. Enter the email address, first and last name of your guest, then click "Save and Send".

Once you send a ticket you will no longer be able to manage that ticket.

Why Do I Need To Set Up Bidding/Create An Account?

If you will be bidding in the live auction or will be making any purchases at the event, you are highly encouraged to enter your payment information BEFORE arriving to check in to the event.  Doing so will expedite your check-in.  Express Check eligibility will close at 9AM on 10/31.

  2. Click the “Set Up Bidding” link.
  3. Click “Set Up Account to Bid”.
  4. Confirm your email address.
  5. Enter and confirm a password.
  6. Enter your credit card and billing address.

Someone Sent Me A Ticket. What Do I Do?

If you receive an email that you’ve been sent a ticket, you will need to make sure your information is correct. 

  1. Open the email from Treasure House Phoenix with the subject line "Your Champions Game Night Ticket".  It may be in your spam/junk email.
  2. Click the “Manage Ticket” link.
  3. Under “Edit your Ticket & Registration Details” confirm that your information is correct and edit if necessary.

Do I Need To Download The GIVI App?

You may download the GIVI app, but it is not required as there will be no mobile/online bidding at this event.
