Help me keep a child fed, safe, and warm.

No child should go to bed COLD and HUNGRY!

I Need YOUR Help

I am fundraising to help save children’s lives in countries across the globe

1 in 5 children worldwide live in extreme poverty, and for many of these children simple necessities and rights are out of reach. Instead, their life is incredibly challenging, with the risk of illiteracy, disease, child labour, lifelong poverty and even death.

Living in refugee camps, traumatised by war or simply unable to go to school in their local community due to crippling poverty, these children lack the means to keep safe at home, access critical education and medical and/or psychosocial care. Their futures look unsafe, uncertain and bleak.

“The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: ‘I and the one who looks after an orphan will be like this in Paradise,’ showing his middle and index fingers and separating them.” (Bukhari)

Please donate to my page and help save and transform the lives of vulnerable children around the world.

Have your say on which projects are supported by not only the money you donate, but ALL the money raised worldwide in Charity Week by visiting www.charityweek.com/projects.

About Charity Week USA

For the past 19 years, communities & campuses have been coming together from across the world, promoting the vision of unity and undertaking a week of united fundraising for orphans and children in need.

Why do we believe so deeply about unity? Because the range of problems and difficulties faced by us all across the world are so many, so varied, so complex - that the only way that we will stand any chance of overcoming them is if we work together.

This year, Charity Week has chosen nature as our theme.

Nature shows us that unity is not only important for our survival and success, it is essential. Allah inspired the bees to work together, build the world and produce sweetness. Are you like the bee, what you’re supposed to be, a team player? A change maker? A provider? A hard worker? Then join us in this movement for change by uniting to help orphans and needy children around the world. Because #UnityIsNatural

We already know that #CW2023 is going to be the BEST ONE YET! We wish you the very best with your efforts to bring more unity to our communities and the blessings that come!

ORPHAN FAMILY SUPPORT

Orphan Family Support means you help uplift an orphan and his or her family into self-reliance and independence by giving them the tools they need to thrive! What’s more: The family gets the medical and psychological support they need, all while building a sustainable living so that they can break the chains of poverty, and rely on themselves for years beyond what a traditional sponsorship would offer. And donations toward Orphan Support are flexible—you can offer support whenever you’re ready, and as often as you like.

Join the thousands of dedicated, caring humanitarians who are caring for orphans today! In Gaza, Palestine, our donors’ support focuses on education and vocational training, along with monthly financial support. For just over $2/day ($800/year), you can give an orphan and her entire family tools they can use to thrive — for life!

In our Bangladesh program, all of the school-age orphans are attending school, and all of their guardians — often widowed mothers — have received training and started businesses so they can support their children on their own. This gives them the incredible gift of self-sufficiency. Local staff report that many of them are breaking free of the cycle of poverty.

Of course, every country is different, and, sometimes, programs for orphans are customized to meet particular conditions. For details, please connect with us at 1-855-447-1001 or orphansupport@irusa.org.
