Hello, my name is Adeyoyinsola (Ade) Adeniji. I have been playing soccer since I was 5 years old. I am the creator of a community project called “Passes for a Purpose”—a nonprofit organization that aims to improve the well-being and fitness of children through the wonderful game of soccer.
Our mission is twofold: First, we focus on promoting physical health and well-being by providing children in our community with opportunities to engage in soccer activities. Soccer builds physical strength and fosters teamwork, discipline, and joy.
Secondly, we’re committed to making a difference beyond the soccer field. Any donations received for our project will be channeled directly to The Children’s Heart Foundation. This remarkable nonprofit organization is dedicated to advancing the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of congenital heart defects through groundbreaking research.
In my personal life, I have struggled with heart problems and have received treatment, kindness, and love from all my different health professionals and caregivers. I would like to help children who have heart problems like me by supporting the research of heart defects through my organization. Together, we can contribute to vital research and improve the lives of young hearts!
We hope we can gain your support and thank you for joining us on this meaningful journey!
