Our Team Fundraising Page

Thank you for visiting our team page! This Team was created in memory of Gwendolyn Isabella Eynon, our Heart Angel. Gwen was diagnosed with Tetrology of Fallot shortly after her birth. Despite undergoing Open Heart Surgery to repair her CHD, Gwen died at the age of 5 weeks, 1 day. We walk in her honor, and hope that the money we raise can help other babies like her survive to adulthood. 

Every 15 minutes, a baby in this country is born with a congenital heart defect, making CHDs America's most common birth defect. The Congenital Heart Walk is dedicated to raising funds to support The Children's Heart Foundation's mission: to advance the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of CHDs by funding the most promising research.
