Thank you for visiting our team fundraising page! I am participating in the Congenital Heart Walk to support the mission of The Children's Heart Foundation: to advance the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of congenital heart defects by funding the most promising research.
Our son, Levi, was diagnosed with Truncus Arteriosus in utero at 20 weeks. Soon after birth, he was also diagnosed with an IAA Interrupted Aortic Arch. He has had 1 open heart surgery and 1 cardiac cath lab procedure. He just turned 4 and is thriving! While we are extremely grateful for his Journey so far, Levi will need additional open heart surgeries and on-going care throughout his life.
