I've finally decided to do it. I've experienced Lake Michigan in the wonderful heat of the Chicago summer, so why not be fair and experience the ice cold grip of waters in winter. I appreciate any donation to this ridiculous decision that I've made after talking about it for at least a decade.
On Sunday, March 5, 2023 I will be participating in the 2023 Chicago Polar Plunge, celebrating more than 20 years of plunging! I am excited to take on the challenge of the Chicago Polar Plunge and jump in to Lake Michigan’s chilly waters to support thousands of athletes that participate in Special Olympics Chicago/Special Children’s Charities programs. With your support, people with intellectual disabilities have the opportunity to discover new strengths, abilities, and accomplishments.
