On Sunday, March 5, 2023, I will be participating in the 2023 Chicago Polar Plunge, celebrating more than 20 years of plunging! I have decided that it’s cold enough, and I’m bold enough to take the plunge into Lake Michigan to support the thousands of Special Olympics Chicago athletes! Through your donations, people with intellectual disabilities have the opportunity to discover new strengths, abilities, and accomplishments.  

There are three easy ways to support my plunging efforts:

2. Join my team and take the plunge with me at North Ave Beach on March 5, 2023

3. Help me spread the word! Share my fundraising page with your friends and family. 

It will be my 5th Polar Plunge! I remember the coldest one and the one with mild weather, this year again my son will be my companion in the water. I am not a daily polar plunger so I hope the weather will bring some challenges to make this event memorable. And the money collected here supports really great idea so... Lets jump to the lake!
